2010 Annual General Meeting

WHEN?
  • May 28-29, 2010, in conjunction with the Greenville Scottish Games, Greenville, SC
  • The next AGM will be held in Greenville, South Carolina in conjunction with the 5th Annual Greenville Scottish Games. The Games will be held at the Furman University.

WHO?
  • Members! Friends! Please save the dates and Attend if at all possible.
WHERE? -- Furman University, Greenville, South Carolina

EVENTS
  • The Blair Family Dinner will be held Saturday Evening from 7:00PM to 11:00PM
    • Where: Hilton Greenville
    • What: The meal will be a buffet featuring grilled Atlantic Salmon with lemon-dill sauce. Sliced roast beef served with oven roasted red bliss potatoes and vegetables. Fresh garden salad, baked rolls, chocolate cake, coffee, tea, and a cash bar from 7 to 10pm.
    • How: The cost of the buffet is $35 per person. All reservations for the banquet are due by May 1st. Make checks payable to Wyomia Blair, 102 Hawthorne Lane, Greenville, SC 29605, phone (864) 235-0834. email .

    Friday Afternoon & Evening

    • Executive Board Meeting for Officers, Commissioners, Committee Chairs and any other interested members will take place Friday afternoon from 12:00pm to 3:00pm at the hotel. Check with the desk for the room scheduled for Clan Blair Society.
    • Friday Evening there is a parade and ceilidh being held around Greenville. The Greenville Games Clan reception is also being held at the Hilton Friday night. Check the games website or watch here for any group arrangements.
  • Saturday, at the Festival:
    • The General Meeting will be held at the Clan Tent at 1:30pm on the day of the Festival.
      Be sure to stop at the tent to check in and get the confirmed time.
    • Good food, fun entertainment and good company. What more could you want! Please plan on joining us in 2010.
