Here is some guidance from Maggie Blair and Bill Blair about hosting a Clan Blair tent at an event.
We rent the 15x15 size tent. We have decided that large (4x8) mesh banners flanking the right and left side with bunjee cords will best serve us in terms of sunlight and privacy, however, this does not allow for detailed information. I have ordered them in the attached designs (Blair house and minimal tartan/scotland map).
The tent will largely serve as spacious vibe-building. It will be decorated with floral vines, ancient musical instruments, Blair archival books in a mini-library display, fine foods, and plenty of space to move around.
