Friday Afternoon & Evening
Executive Board Meeting for Officers, Commissioners, Committee Chairs and any other interested members will take place Friday afternoon from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at the hotel. Check with the desk for the room scheduled for Clan Blair Society.
Friday afternoon, 4:00pm, folks interested in helping can assist with the set up the Clan tent at the festival grounds.
Friday Evening our host, Anne, is holding a BBQ at her home for Clan Blair Society AGM participants. The BBQ will begin at 7:00pm and directions will be available.
Saturday, at the Festival:
The General Meeting will be held at the Clan Tent at 1:30pm on the day of the Festival.
Be sure to stop at the tent to check in and join us for the meeting.
